What's due in the next 12 months
Dates for calendar-year filers, already moved to the next business day when a deadline falls on a weekend or federal holiday. This list updates itself every day.
Deadlines can move for IRS or FTB disaster relief, and fiscal-year businesses follow different dates. Monthly and annual sales tax filers have different CDTFA due dates than the quarterly dates shown. Not sure which dates apply to you? Ask ECS.
When each month and quarter closes
A month closes on its last day. ECS aims to have your books reconciled and closed by the 15th of the following month, so quarterly filings go out on clean numbers. Quarter-end months are highlighted.
