Business Credit & Fundability Program
Build business credit that lenders take seriously.
Separate your business from your personal credit, fix what's quietly holding back your approvals, and get your company funding-ready, with an accounting firm doing the implementation work alongside you.
Who It's For
Built for owners who are ready to grow on the business's credit
If any of these sound familiar, this program was designed for you.
New businesses
You've formed your company and want to build credit correctly from day one instead of fixing mistakes later.
Recently denied
You applied for a card, line, or loan and were turned down, and you want to know exactly why.
Using personal credit
Your personal cards and credit are carrying the business, and you want that separation.
Planning to expand
Equipment, inventory, hiring, a new location. You want to be fundable before you need the money.
Why ECS
An accounting firm builds your credit. That changes everything.
Lenders don't just check a score. They read your financial statements, bank activity, tax returns, and business records. Most credit-building services can't help with those. We prepare them every day.
"Our goal is not only to provide you with information, but to help you implement the plan."
| Typical credit service | ECS program | |
|---|---|---|
| Applications | Hands you a vendor list | Sequences, helps complete, and reviews each application |
| Financials | Not included | Bookkeeping, statements, and tax records from an accounting firm |
| Your plan | Generic, one-size steps | Customized from a review of your actual records |
| Funding | Often referred out | Funding package prepared and organized in-house |
| Support | Self-guided | Ongoing implementation and progress reviews |
Fundability, Explained
What lenders actually evaluate
Fundability is more than a credit score. It's how your entire business looks on paper. We work on every piece.
Business foundation
Entity type, EIN, state standing, licenses, and filings that are current and in order.
Consistency
The same name, address, and phone across bureaus, banks, licenses, and online listings.
Banking & cash flow
Business bank history, deposits, and balances that support the credit you're requesting.
Business credit reports
Established bureau profiles with positive payment history from accounts that actually report.
Financial records
Organized financial statements and tax returns that tell a clear, lender-ready story.
Owner profile
Many lenders also review the owner's personal credit, especially early on. We plan around it.

Questions
Frequently asked
What's the difference between business credit and personal credit?
Business credit is tied to your company and its EIN and is reported to business bureaus such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. Building it helps your company qualify for credit on its own profile, which supports separating business and personal finances.
Can you guarantee approvals or a specific funding amount?
No. This program is designed to improve your company's overall credit and funding readiness. Credit scores, approvals, limits, rates, and funding amounts are decided by independent credit bureaus, vendors, banks, and lenders.
Will lenders still look at my personal credit?
Many do, especially in the early stages of building business credit. That's why we ask for your approximate range. It helps us plan the right sequence of accounts for your situation.
Can I enroll if my business isn't formed yet?
Yes. We can handle your LLC or corporation formation, EIN, and operating agreement as add-ons so your foundation is set up correctly from the start.
When does the work start?
Once your invoice is paid and your requested documents are received, we begin your initial business-credit and fundability review.
Do I need all my documents before I enroll?
No. Enroll first, then upload everything that applies through the client portal. Gather what you can and we'll tell you if anything else is needed.
How long does the program take?
It depends on where your business starts. Your customized action plan lays out each stage, and we review your progress and recommendations as you move through them.
Do you lend money?
No. ECS is an advisory firm, not a lender. We build your profile, prepare your funding package, and help you apply for financing that fits your business profile, revenue, credit history, and goals. See our funding options.
